1. Policy Timeline & Eligibility Window
• 7-Day Window: You have 7 calendar days from the exact date of delivery to log a request for a return, refund, or replacement.
• Expiration: Requests received after the 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
2. Product Conditions for Return & Replacement
To qualify for a successful return or replacement, your item must meet the following strict quality control criteria based on our product categories:
• Sneakers: Must be entirely unworn, clean, and free of any outdoor creases, dirt, or scuffs on the soles. They must be packed in the original shoe box.
• Timepieces & Watches: Must not have any scratches, link adjustments, or structural alterations. The protective plastic film on the dial and case back must be intact.
• Sunglasses: Must be free of any lens smudges, micro-scratches, or frame bending, and returned inside the original protective hard case with the microfiber cleaning cloth.
• Women’s Handbags: Must have all internal stuffing, zipper protectors, tags, and dust bags intact. The leather or fabric must show no signs of usage or wear.
⚠️ Important Note: The original brand box, packaging, price tags, barcodes, and any freebies/invoices received with the package must be returned alongside the product. Missing packaging will result in a rejected request.
3. Replacement Policy (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective (e.g., a watch movement not working, a broken handbag zipper), or completely different from what you ordered:
• We will arrange a free replacement of the product.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect against transit fraud, we highly recommend providing a brief, unedited video showing the opening of the parcel package if you receive a damaged item.
• If the exact same model or size is out of stock, you can opt for an alternative item of equal value or request a full refund.
4. Refund Modes & Processing Timelines
Once your returned item safely reaches our warehouse and passes our strict quality inspection, your refund will be formally authorized and processed.
• Prepaid Orders: If you paid online using a Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking, UPI, GPay, or Paytm, the total refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original source account within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders settled via cash upon delivery, the refund will be securely issued through a Bank Transfer (NEFT) or a Direct UPI transfer. The funds will reflect in the account details you provide to our support team within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your banking or UPI information.
• Shipping Charges: Please note that any additional shipping fees or logistics charges applied to your order during the initial checkout process are completely non-refundable.
