  1. Cancellation Window & Duration
    Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the product has been shipped from our warehouse—whichever occurs first.
    Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be canceled. If the item has already been shipped, you may choose to reject the package at the time of delivery or utilize our 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy after receiving it.
  2. How to Request a Cancellation
    To cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately through one of the following methods:
    Email Us: Send an email to Contact.voganta@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
    Call Us: Reach out directly to our customer support helpline at +91-78629 91712 during our operational hours (Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:50 PM IST).
    Please note: Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a formal cancellation approval email from our support team.
  3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
    If your cancellation request is received and approved within the eligible window, the refund will be processed based on your initial payment method:
    Prepaid Orders (UPI, GPay, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking): The full order amount will be automatically reversed and credited back to your original source account within 5 to 7 business days.
    Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since no payment is collected upfront for COD orders, no refund is required. The order status will simply be updated to “Canceled” in our system, and the package will not be dispatched.
  4. Cancellations by VOGANTA
    While we make every effort to fulfill all confirmed orders, there are rare instances where we may have to cancel an order from our end. We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
    Stock Inavailability: In the rare event that a premium product (sneaker, watch, sunglasses, or handbag) fails our final quality check or goes out of stock unexpectedly.
    Unverified COD Orders: If a Cash on Delivery order cannot be verified via our standard confirmation call or WhatsApp check within 48 hours.
    Incorrect Pricing/Errors: If a product is inadvertently listed with incorrect pricing or erroneous technical details on the website.

    Note: If VOGANTA cancels a prepaid order, the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment source immediately.
